Senior General Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Senior General Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, supervising staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.


Key responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules, preparing and monitoring budgets, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. You will also be tasked with resolving any issues that arise on-site and providing leadership to the construction team, fostering an environment of teamwork and accountability. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction methods and regulations. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, is required. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
