Position Summary: The IT Manager is responsible for providingsuperior guest service through the functions of this position to allWild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all WildRose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are: The governance, security, availability, and compliance of all information technology systems supporting casino and hospitality operations Maintain and enforce IT policies and procedures Oversee the performance of all systems supporting gaming operations Manage all IT infrastructure Investigate and respond to security incidents and coordinate reporting as required Other duties assigned Schedule: Full-time Salary: Dependent on Experience This job posting is intended to describe the general nature of thisposition.
