You will manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and provide clear, professional communication to help maintain a secure environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by following site-specific access-control procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor records, and control access to restricted areas. Screen and document inbound and outbound vehicle activity, coordinate with receiving and shipping personnel, and report access irregularities or unauthorized entry attempts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, dock doors, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
