This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to members and guests of the Hershey Country Club. The working schedule may include morning, mid-day, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Job Duties:

• Assisting members and guests with the use of golf carts.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of carts.
• Assisting staff in maintaining the cleanliness of building grounds.
• Loading and unloading of member and guest golf bags.
• Driving a maintenance cart in order to pick golf range.
• Maintaining order and washing golf balls at the golf range.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a Driver's License in order to operate golf carts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work independently and display initiative.
• Demonstrate professional image representative of property.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Demands:

• Physical requirements include standing and walking at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work under various inclement weather conditions.
• Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Shifts rotate according to needs. Morning, afternoon, and evening included.
