Location: Onsite - Cleveland, OH What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management Hands-on experience with ERP systems Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing accounting teams Excellent analytical and communication skills Nice To Have Skills Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Knowledge of internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting Experience working with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred 7 to over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting Other Requirements Willingness to operate in a hands-on, detail-oriented capacity Ability to operate as a strategic partner within a mid-sized, evolving organization Demonstrated expertise in building scalable processes to support growth This role may require some travel for audits and meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffing Solutions Enterprises
