Pharmacy Fulfillment
Rx relief is looking for a dependable, detail-driven Pharmacy Fulfillment helper to join a fast-paced, closed-door pharmacy team near Plano, TX.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the final stages of the patient care process by handling high-volume order assembly and dispatch for specialized compounded medications. If you have a sharp eye for detail, excel in dynamic fulfillment settings, and take pride in accuracy, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Order Assembly: Safely wrap, box, and prepare pharmacist-approved compounded prescription orders for distribution.
- Cold-Chain Packaging: Build specialized, temperature-controlled shipping setups using validated thermal packaging protocols.
- Shipping & Logistics: Create carrier shipping labels, log outbound packages, and coordinate regular carrier pickups.
- Quality Verification: Perform thorough final checks on recipient details and order contents before sealing packages.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor packing materials, boxes, and cold-chain supplies to keep workstations fully stocked.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily benchmarks for speed, unit volume, and accuracy.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, efficient, and audit-ready workstation at all times.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines, Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations, USP standards, and internal safety protocols.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong focus on patient safety.
- Proven ability to work productively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable attendance
Preferred:
- Prior experience in shipping, warehouse fulfillment, or logistically focused environments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to comfortably lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks, including packing, taping, and labeling.
