Irrigation Pump and Well Specialist

Conserva Level Three TechnicianCome join the team that is redefining the irrigation industry. As a Conserva Level Three Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be primarily responsible for Level Three repairs such as troubleshooting above ground and submersible pumps, enhancing existing systems to make them more efficient, installing smart irrigation controllers and associated flow sensing equipment and will have tons of opportunity to learn and excel on the job.Benefits and compensation include support and training for industry certifications, career advancement opportunities, a great work environment with a team atmosphere, a fully equipped vehicle with industry-leading tools and technology, $22.00 – $30.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities, salary plus bonus opportunities available for qualified individuals, benefits for qualified individuals, and phone and/or field tablet provided.Level Three Technician responsibilities include valve and manifold repair and rebuilding, troubleshooting and installing above ground and submersible pumps for commercial and residential systems, bladder tank, pressure switch, and pump start relay adjustments/replacement, installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers and smart boxes for pump systems, adding on to existing systems, installing micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements, and installing high-tech sensor and flow sensing installation.Learning on the job includes working independently, yet be part of a team working directly with a Sales Technician, assessing residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process, and assessing commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process.Qualifications include 5-10+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required, clean driving record, results-oriented, motivation to earn production bonuses, great attitude with a desire for growth, and ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
