Client Relations Specialist - Manufacturing Orders

Principal Manufacturing in Broadview, IL is seeking a Client Relations Representative to handle inquiries and process orders with accuracy and a customer-first mindset. You will interface with customers by phone, email, and in person; manage orders through Plex ERP, and coordinate with production, logistics, and sales.
