Plant Engineer Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred. 3+ years of manufacturing plant engineering experience. Capital project management and equipment installation experience. Experience commissioning new manufacturing equipment. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of process control systems and manufacturing operations. Proficiency with engineering design software. Ability to collaborate with vendors, contractors, maintenance, and cross-functional teams.

Plant Engineer Job Duties: Lead capital projects from planning through installation and commissioning. Partner with maintenance to improve plant efficiency, safety, and product quality. Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Analyze manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and corporate engineering on plant projects. Support equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements. Help develop training and provide technical guidance to plant personnel. Ensure engineering projects comply with safety and quality standards.
