Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Colorado SLP license (CO SLP License required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Compliance with any district or state-mandated requirements for speech-language pathologists
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff on speech and language concerns within the classroom
