This school-based speech-language pathology contract role is focused on providing individualized care, evidence-based interventions, and collaboration with educational staff to support student success.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with elementary-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing onsite services throughout the duration of the contract

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address identified speech and language deficits
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student goals
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, prepare required reports, and assist with eligibility determination
• Provide direct intervention and contribute to prevention and early intervention efforts within the school
• Offer consultative support and training to educational staff as needed
