Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Thornton, CO. You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and participation in the school environment. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What You’ll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

What We’re Looking For Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
