Field Technician

Servicing projects Nationwide, and across the Caribbean, EnviroVantage is recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial & Industrial projects involving proper Hazardous materials handling and Demolition. Essential Functions: Execute specific demolition/abatement tasks as instructed Clean and prepare project sites Work off ladders, lifts or scaffolding and with mechanical equipment as needed Operate hand tools and power tools Ability to understand and follow directions Focused on SAFETY at all times Experience: Minimum of 1 year construction experience OR technical & trade school, community college coursework in construction, demolition, or environmental services required OSHA 10 or higher construction training preferred; if not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire Experience with construction hand tools required Experience working outside during all seasons and in all-weather required Able to pass pre‑employment post‑offer physical Organized, hardworking and motivated Strong team player with positive attitude Working Environment / Physical Demands: Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner; regular and prompt attendance are an essential job function Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, rain, pollution and toxic atmospheres Ability to wear required PPE, including respirator, and participate in OSHA‑required medical surveillance programs as necessary Ability to pick up construction debris and able to lift 50 lbs. regularly Ability to climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders Regularly required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Total Rewards At EnviroVantage, we’re committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and work‑life balance. Compensation Compensation Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location. Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire. Retirement Plans: 401(k) – 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions.
