Veterans Housing Stability Case Manager

Catholic Community Services

Catholic Community Services is seeking a Case Manager for its Veterans Services program in the Bremerton area. You will manage a caseload, conduct intakes, assess housing needs, and coordinate financial assistance to stabilize housing for Veterans and their families. Responsibilities include developing Housing Stability Plans, coordinating with VA resources, conducting outreach, and maintaining HMIS records to support program goals and timely services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Community Services
