Position Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager will act as direct support to the Store Manager through assisting with daily operations of the store. This position will also be tasked with assisting customers in the selection of store products, training and supervising all store employees, and handling of all elevated customer concerns.

Position Accountabilities:

• Assisting Store Manager with training and policy implementation at store-level.

• Providing direct customer service and assistance to potential consumers.

• Supervising of all store employees through the direction of the Store Manager.

• Overseeing of all daily operations within designated store through the direction of the Store Manager.

• Tracking of all product inventory as well as maintaining accurate running logs of all stock.

• Assisting Store Manager in ensuring staffing needs are met at the store-level through both recruiting and schedule implementation.

• Utilizing CRM tool, Tyler, in order to maintain accurate sales records and inventory.

• Directly assisting in the cleaning and maintaining of the general appearance of store.

• Processing all customer payment forms i.e. cash, credit, in-store financing, etc.

• Any and all other duties as assigned by manager.

Position Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

• 1-3 Years of Sales experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and demonstrated attention to detail

• High levels of professionalism and teamwork.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time as well as moving objects up to 100 lbs.
