Join CrossCheck, a leader in payment solutions, and help keep our nationwide team running smoothly. We’re looking for a motivated IS Operations Technician to provide hands-on technical support, solve problems, and make a real impact every day.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of support for employees—resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, escalate when needed, and document resolutions for future reference.
- Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Install, configure, and support hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Assist with system upgrades, asset management, inventory, and overall system reliability.
- Maintain a secure IT environment while supporting company policies and procedures.
- Perform monthly IPL backups of the AS400 (iSeries) system.
- Support and maintain documentation for procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in IT (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of IT/help desk support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Windows hardware, software, and network environments.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a proven team player.
- Comfortable working with confidential and regulated information.
