Your mission is to guide clients through restructuring payments, often reducing their debt by 50 to 75%—a life-changing impact that clients truly value. With qualified leads provided, your focus will be on listening and consulting, not cold calls, ensuring you can make a meaningful difference from day one.

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Consult with qualified leads who are actively dealing with MCA debt
• Build rapport fast, understand each client's financial situation, and present tailored solutions
• Work through objections professionally and guide prospects through enrollment
• Follow a proven consultative process with ongoing coaching from senior staff and the GM
• Keep accurate CRM records and manage your daily pipeline
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

• MCA sales or closing experience preferred. Merchant cash advance, business funding, or alternative lending backgrounds translate directly
• Sales or consulting experience in other industries is also valued, including mortgages, insurance, auto sales, solar, or financial services
• No formal background required if you're coachable, confident, and ready to work
• Strong verbal communicator, clear and confident on the phone
• Comfortable with high call volume in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient, able to take rejection in stride and stay focused
• Self-motivated and accountable with little need for direction
• Team-oriented, competitive, but supportive of others
• Coachable and process-driven, willing to learn and refine a proven system
