This position plays a key role in streamlining regional activities, including overseeing project setups, supply chain processes, and client interactions. Based in the Tacoma branch facility, it provides a hands-on environment with potential for professional growth in operations. Compensation 401(k) matching program. Enhance client experiences through effective order handling and follow-up support. Supervise facility staff in preparing and organizing materials. Oversee stock levels, procurement, and safety protocols to maintain operational standards. Promote team performance and process enhancements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience prioritized over formal education. At least 4 years in field coordination, construction-related services, or material handling. Strong proficiency in customer relations and standard office software (e.g., MS Office). Capable of handling up to 50 pounds and working in mixed office/warehouse settings. Full-time position with direct reporting to site leadership.
