Hart Roofing & Construction is a high-performance storm restoration company in the DFW market. We work storm-damaged neighborhoods, work the insurance process hard, and pay closers what they actually deserve — upside, on collected revenue.

The Role

You own the full sales cycle. Inspection to adjuster meeting to signed contract to collection. You’ll manage your own pipeline, pursue referral business, and produce independently. This is a role for people who’ve already proven they can close — and want to get paid accordingly.

• Inspect storm-damaged properties and identify insurance claim opportunities

• Present Hart Roofing & Construction’s process and value proposition to homeowners

• Manage adjuster meetings

• Close contracts and see projects through to collection

• Build a self-generated referral pipeline alongside company-assigned leads

• A proven closer — you’ve sold face-to-face and have the track record

• Someone who owns their pipeline and doesn’t wait to be handed leads

• Experienced with or willing to learn insurance restoration (we’ll train the process)

• Professional, reliable, and self-managed
