What you’ll achieve:This role in Supply Chain Planning organization is responsible for global strategic and tactical topics related to Finished Good planning. You will carry out global strategic supply chain analysis to identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain. Collaboration with cross-functional partners in Global Operations, Demand and Product teams is critical to the success of this role. Using a combination of product, planning and supply chain knowledge and excellent analytical skills, this role determines the appropriate actions needed to balance demand and supply to support regional business needs. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential RequirementsRelevant 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Operations, Supply Chain in related industry.Advanced skills in Excel, Power Point and AI tools, creation of executive summary/presentations, solutions and innovations.Demonstrated ability to influence executives and other teams, strong business acumen and analytical skills.Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment as well as proven change management skills.Desirable RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
