You will handle software license agreements, SaaS cloud agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and addenda, while advising on revenue recognition (ASC 606), data privacy (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA), and #J-18808-Ljbffr SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc.
