Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Document business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows.
\n
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
\n
• Work with business and technical teams to understand project requirements.
\n
• Assist with requirements gathering and user story development.
\n
• Identify business process gaps and recommend improvements.
\n
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
\n
• Create process documentation and business requirement documents.
\n
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with testing teams.
\n
• Track project requirements, issues, and deliverables.
\n
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
\n
• Perform ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
\n
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
