Schedule: Full-Time with On-Call and Weekend Rotation

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year plus $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

This Is What Your Day Looks Like
•Drive between visits with flexibility and control over your schedule .
•Provide skilled nursing care in homes and senior communities .
•Deliver treatments such as wound care, medication management, and assessments .
•Build relationships with patients and families over time.
•Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
•Document in real time and stay focused on patient care.

What We're Looking For
•Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
•Experience in home health, med-surg, rehab, or clinical nursing .
•Strong clinical judgment and independence.
•A nurse who values connection, autonomy, and meaningful work .
•Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
