Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach Conduct needs‑based consultations to recommend tailored insurance solutions Sell and cross‑sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products Deliver outstanding service and develop long‑term client relationships Achieve monthly sales and service goals Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Requirements Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required) Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual abilities are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
