About the Role:

As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our team's mission to empower children with Autism to reach their full potential. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Conducting ABA Therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to promote behavior change and skill acquisition
• Collaborating with clients' families and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism, ages [insert age range], in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community-based environments
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, including assessing client behavior, setting goals, and selecting interventions
