Description The IS Technical Support Specialist serves as a resource and local primary point of contact for customer's issues and requests for information technology services and support. The IS Technical Support Specialist provides high-quality end user IS/IT services to all Providence employees, partners, and customers, while also delivering an excellent customer service experience. Required Qualifications: A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MCDBA (for Level II) upon hire 1 year of experience - Level I: IT customer service-related experience in a single or combination of positions. 1 year of experience - Level II: At least two (2) current certifications in technology related fields and a minimum of (1) year of experience in technical support At least one (1) current certification in technology related field and a minimum of at least two (2) years of experience providing technical support in a high volume, technology focused call center At least three (3) years of experience providing technical support in a high volume, technology focused call center Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Level I: IT or IT related industry or equivalent education/experience Bachelor's Degree - Level II: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent education/experience Why Join Providence?
