About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the long-term technology vision, platform strategy, and product roadmap. This executive leadership role is pivotal in overseeing software development, infrastructure, product management, technical partnerships, and enterprise SaaS platform scalability, particularly within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping company strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business growth. The CTO will also be heavily involved in product and engineering organizations, with a focus on product innovation, engineering excellence, and business strategy. The ideal CTO for the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of executive leadership experience, and a strong background in SaaS platform architecture and enterprise software development. Experience in healthcare enterprise software environments, particularly with payer and/or provider organizations, is essential. The role requires a proven track record in scaling engineering and product teams, managing large organizations, and a deep understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and regulated healthcare data environments. Desired skills include a Master’s degree, experience in private equity or venture-backed software companies, and a background in interoperability, healthcare integrations, and clinical data acquisition. The CTO will be expected to have a strong understanding of market trends, manage external technology partnerships, and demonstrate success in launching innovative healthcare products.
