Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will manage vendor invoice processing, employee expense audits, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Participate in monthly AP closing according to deadlines and ensure timely processing of various invoice types Audit expense reimbursements for compliance with company policies and respond to staff inquiries regarding Travel and Expense policies Prepare monthly AP and T&E accruals and reconciliations as assigned while maintaining effective communication with all organizational levels Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent accounting experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense management Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Travel and Expense platforms such as NetSuite and Concur Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX controls, and company policies Experience in a global company environment is preferred
