Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities Provide support within the Accounts Payable team to ensure prompt processing, evaluation, and reporting of expenditures. Work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Provide support to management for areas of responsibility. Investigate unusual or erroneous banking transactions and returns. Initiate payments—including wire, ACH, and check disbursements. Enter payment requisitions into Workday, ensuring all quality and accuracy checks are met. Correspond with approvers as needed to ensure proper and accurate coding of all expenses. Provide support to all internal and external customers as it relates to disbursement queries. Comply with policies and procedures to ensure the Accounts Payable control environment operates effectively. Perform various other duties and projects as requested by management. Handle and process checks. Qualifications Technical knowledge and understanding: ACH transfers/Wire payments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills. Ability to simplify, analyze, and explain complex issues. Ability to manage time, projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. 5+ years of accounts payable processing experience. Experience working in a fast‑paced Accounts Payable Department. Experience with Workday, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable preferred. Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
