Estamos contratando: Procesador(a) de Pollo Ubicacin: Los Angeles, CA 90033 Turno: Lunes a viernes, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM Salario: $17.87 por hora

Lo que hars:
Como Procesador(a) de Pollo, desempears un papel clave en la produccin de productos avcolas de alta calidad. Tus responsabilidades incluirn:
- Realizar tareas manuales como clasificar, cortar, deshuesar, recortar y empacar productos de pollo.
- Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad y calidad para asegurar el cumplimiento con todas las regulaciones de manejo de alimentos.
- Mantener tu rea de trabajo limpia, desinfectada y segura.
- Operar equipos y herramientas de manera segura y adecuada.
- Inspeccionar productos para asegurar la calidad y retirar aquellos que no cumplan con los estndares.
- Monitorear la maquinaria y reportar cualquier problema de inmediato.
- Etiquetar y empacar productos de acuerdo con las especificaciones de la empresa.
- Trabajar con las pautas del USDA y HACCP para asegurar el cumplimiento con las regulaciones estatales y federales para el procesamiento avcola.
- Participar en sesiones de capacitacin para mantenerse actualizado con las mejores prcticas de la industria.
- Apoyar a tu equipo para cumplir con las metas diarias de produccin.
Educacin:
- Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria, pero no es obligatorio.
Lo que buscamos:
- Capacidad para estar de pie por largos perodos y realizar tareas repetitivas.
- Comodidad para trabajar en ambientes fros (2550F).
- Gran atencin al detalle y capacidad para seguir protocolos de seguridad y manipulacin de alimentos.
- Capacidad fsica para levantar hasta 50 libras con frecuencia y hasta 100 libras ocasionalmente.
- Persona colaborativa con buenas habilidades de comunicacin.
- Deseo de aprender y cumplir con los requisitos de inspeccin del USDA.
Demandas fsicas y ambiente laboral:
- Estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, levantar, alcanzar, empujar/jalar de forma regular.
- Posible exposicin a plumas, polvo, bajas temperaturas y productos qumicos de limpieza.
- Se requiere usar equipo de proteccin personal (EPP), como guantes, gafas de seguridad, botas con punta de acero, etc.
- Posible manejo de productos alimenticios que contengan alrgenos.
