Overview This Analyst III position in the Office of Training and Administrative Standards (OTAS) of the Department of General Services (DGS) is a Limited Term role for 12 months (may be extended up to 24 months). The position allows up to one day per week of telework in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy. The incumbent must reside in California and reports to the office as required by operational need. The Analyst III will plan, organize, and develop training programs for DGS employees, perform staff development functions, and administer the Department’s Learning Management System. The role requires proactive independence, minimal supervision, and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and develop training for DGS personnel. Perform staff development functions and tasks. Act as administrator for the Department’s Learning Management System. Work independently, manage projects, and maintain professional conduct. Qualifications Minimum qualifications specified in the Class Specification.
