Responsibilities Of The Retail Sales Associate
- Provide exceptional client service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Maintain strong knowledge of women's products and brand offerings.
- Support daily sales floor operations and maintain visual standards.
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organization of the sales floor.
- Build rapport with clients and support ongoing customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
- Assist with additional retail sales responsibilities as needed.
- 1-2 years of retail experience.
- Women's retail experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers.
- Client-focused and personable approach.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
- Professional and polished presentation.
- Luxury or contemporary women's fashion retail experience.
- Experience working toward sales goals.
- Clienteling or customer relationship experience.
- Experience with merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
- Experience working in an elevated retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
