Our Level IIIII NICU is growing, and were looking for a *skilled, confident, and collaborative Neonatal Nurse Practitioner* to join a team that truly works _together_. *About the Opportunity: *

* *Choose your lifestyle: *12- and 24-hour shift scheduling options.
* On-site position based at our flagship campus in Pinehurst, NC.
* Level III, 13-bed NICU with over 3,000 deliveries (225 NICU admits per year).
* Real responsibility: lead neonatal resuscitation, manage critical infants, and coordinate transports to and from regional nurseries.
* *Work with the best*: neonatologists, OB hospitalists, and MFM specialists.
* 1 Neonatologist and 1 NNP per shift, manageable census.

*Qualifications:*

* NNPBC certification and state licensure.
* Minimum 3 years of NNP experience in a Level III/IV NICU.
* Calm under pressure, strong communicator, teamfirst mindset.
* Able to practice independently covering the newborn service.
* Clean background, NC licensure and NRP certification required.
