Donation Center Associate

We are hiring a Donation Center Associate to respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, assist with packaging, labeling and preparing items for delivery, and manage simple records and entry of information accurately. Additional duties include coordinating with other departments as needed, supporting returns and exchanges, working with supervisors to meet daily goals, providing friendly assistance to customers and team members, helping organize and maintain a tidy workspace, handling orders, shipments and basic inventory checks, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies, learning company products and services, following schedules, and completing assigned tasks on time. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery. Manage simple records and enter information accurately. Coordinate with other departments when needed. Support returns and exchanges in a timely manner. Work with supervisors to meet daily goals.
