Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

The Role: Customer Service/Recovery Representative
As a Customer Service/Recovery Representative, you will assist patients with billing inquiries, update account information, and follow up on outstanding payments while ensuring accuracy and excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable navigating a desktop computer and multi-line phone system
- Knowledge of healthcare payers and Michigan collection laws is preferred
- Familiarity with insurance eligibility processes is a plus
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing statements and account inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry, including updating customer records and documenting interactions
- Follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely resolution and payment
- Obtain necessary written documentation from physicians and verify insurance eligibility
