Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.35 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun12:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and support a professional environment for daily operations. Assist with incident documentation, communication with site contacts, and other security-related duties as assigned within the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
