As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will be the welcoming presence at a client location, supporting access control, visitor screening, badge processes, and security-related communication. Using computer or tablet systems, you will help maintain an organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor access to the location, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site procedures. Answer incoming calls, provide directions and information, and communicate relevant concerns to appropriate personnel. Maintain awareness of front desk activities and report unusual or unauthorized activity according to site-specific policies. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
