Real Estate Transactional Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in real estate transactions, including lending and joint venture financing, with a focus on tax credit transactions. This role involves drafting loan documents and partnership agreements, and overseeing title and survey reviews. Responsibilities Draft senior, real estate secured loan documents and joint venture agreements. Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys. Oversee paralegal title and survey review. Represent lenders, investors, and syndicators in tax credit real estate financings. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California. 2 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience. Experience with tax credit transactions preferred. Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California Bar admission. Skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Benefits Unlimited PTO. 401k plan. Full benefits package.
