Real Estate Associate

We’re currently partnering with a leading global investment management platform on the search for an Associate to join their Real Estate investing team in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded institutional investor with a strong presence across public and private markets and a well-established real estate platform investing across a broad range of property types and strategies. The team is known for its rigorous investment process, collaborative culture, and giving junior professionals meaningful exposure and responsibility from an early stage. The Associate will work closely with senior investors across the full investment lifecycle including underwriting, financial modeling, market analysis, diligence, investment committee materials, and transaction execution. The role offers significant deal exposure and the opportunity to develop as an investor within a high caliber team environment. We’re particularly interested in speaking with candidates coming from commercial real estate backgrounds including acquisitions, real estate private equity, investment sales, real estate investment banking, or other transaction focused real estate investing roles. Given the in office nature of the opportunity and the team dynamic, preference is for candidates already based in Los Angeles or those with strong ties to the area and a clear interest in building a long term presence in the market.
