Seasonal Registered Nurse Opportunity

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is excited about hiring experienced, seasonal Registered Nurses for our ED. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. We are offering exceptional pay, and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment. Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals' Core Values and the hospitals mission statement.

Qualifications

Seasonal Schedule Requirements:

• Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's
• Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Minimum Experience:

• One (1) year experience in an acute care emergency department
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN Preferred

Required Licenses / Certifications:

• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification
• ACLS (AHA) certification
• PALS (AHA) certification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• CEN encouraged.

Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
