Rancho Springs Hospital continues to grow and is excited about hiring experienced, seasonal registered nurses for our Med-Surg-Tele units. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. Rancho Springs Hospital is offering exceptional pay and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment. Staff registered nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff registered nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals' core values and the hospitals mission statement.

Qualifications Seasonal Schedule Requirements: Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period Job Requirements: One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility REQUIRED.
