Key Responsibilities:

Fresh Ingredients : Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and of the highest quality.
Recipe Precision : Follow recipes meticulously, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
Cooking Mastery : Bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods to perfection.
Presentation Skills : Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes beautifully.
Occasional Serving : Step in to serve food when needed.
Clean and Safe Workspace : Maintain a spotless and safe work area, handling utensils, equipment, and dishes with care.
Food Safety : Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Opening and Closing : Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently.
Workstation Setup : Set up workstations with the necessary ingredients and equipment.
Quality Control : Check the quality and freshness of ingredients regularly.
Inventory Management : Monitor station inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

Equipment Operation : Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience : Prior experience working as a cook is essential.
