Working closely with engineering, operations, suppliers and external manufacturing partners, you'll help build and scale the company's quality infrastructure as it continues to grow.What you'll be doing:Lead ISO certification and quality management systemsDrive manufacturing quality, yield and product reliabilityManage Supplier Quality, audits, qualification and SCARsLead RCA, CAPA and non-conformance investigationsDevelop FMEA, Quality Control Plans and SPCTrack and improve key quality metricsWhat we're looking for:5+ years' Quality Engineering experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging or photonicsStrong Quality Systems / ISO experienceSupplier Quality and subcontractor management experienceExperience with SPC, FMEA, xhyhwjd 8D, 5-Why and Gage R&ROptical transceiver experience is highly preferredsThis is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of quality systems and processes within an ambitious technology business, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support the development and scaling of advanced products.Location: San Diego, CA – HybridSalary: $130,000–$170,000 + Equity + Full Benefits Package
