Entry Level Caregiver

Compassionate Caregiver NeededWe are seeking a compassionate individual to provide dedicated care to clients in the St. Paul, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Inver Grove area.Responsibilities:• Provide personalized care to clients, including non-medical needs, personal care, and medication reminders• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily living activities• Establish effective communication and professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts• Demonstrate kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skillsQualifications:• Valid driver's license• Reliable vehicle to get to and from clients' residences• Kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skills• Must pass a state background check and submit proof or obtain a negative TB test• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists, and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoopPreferred: 1 year of caregiving experienceWhat We Offer:• Competitive pay at $20-$30 an hour• Direct deposit weekly• Paid orientation and ongoing training• Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays• Flexible schedules• 401K matchingWhy SYNERGY HomeCare:At SYNERGY HomeCare, we believe that our purpose is to provide the best care possible, and we strive to do just that.
