We are currently growing our presence in McMurray, Pennsylvania, and we are looking for a dedicated Expansion Agent to help us plant roots and grow alongside the families and small businesses we serve. ResponsibilitiesBuild your own pipeline by reaching out to local business owners and families who need tailored insurance guidance.
Conduct professional meetings to understand the unique goals and concerns of our clients.
Develop personalized insurance portfolios that provide genuine peace of mind for policyholders.
Attend community events in the McMurray area to represent The Atlantic District and build meaningful local connections.
Collaborate with our leadership team to identify new neighborhoods and sectors for potential market expansion.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and ethics in all client documentation and policy applications.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
Documented track record of success in independent sales or relationship-focused business development.
Strong comfort level with presenting solutions in face-to-face settings.
Effective time management skills to handle a self-directed daily schedule.
Basic familiarity with digital lead tracking and presentation tools.
Previous background in community-based networking or public relations is highly valued.
