Maui Brewing Company Kaʻanapali is looking to grow our Back of House team with experienced Line Cooks who take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork. Our restaurants reflect the same values that guide our brewing—craftsmanship, sustainability, and a strong commitment to our local community.

As a vital part of our kitchen operations, the ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, organized, and able to maintain high food safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment . Shift Details

• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Minimum of three shifts per week required

Pay Rate
$25–$30 per hour base, depending on experience

• Early access to earned wages
• Line Cooks receive additional earnings through a 2% kitchen service charge on guest checks, adding up to an additional $6 per hour on top of base pay . These earnings are paid through payroll and included in overtime calculations.
