Job Description Space Planning Specialist/ Spaceti IWMS Implementation Lead Location: Kenosha County, WI - On-site Contract: 6-12 months duration ASI is seeking a Space Planning Specialist with IWMS implementation experience to lead the Spaceti onboarding and floor plan data integration effort at the Kenosha County site. This role will establish the site's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) foundation, ensuring accurate space data is captured, validated, and handed off to the site facilities function as a live operational tool. Key Responsibilities Lead the Spaceti IWMS onboarding process for the Kenosha County site, coordinating with the vendor and Lilly facilities stakeholders Collect, validate, and load floor plan data, space classifications, and occupancy information into Spaceti Conduct space audits and field verification to ensure IWMS data reflects actual site conditions Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and HR to align Spaceti data structure with Lilly enterprise space management standards Develop site-specific user guides and SOPs for ongoing Spaceti administration post-implementation Support space utilization analysis and reporting as the system becomes operational Manage vendor relationship and elevate technical issues during the implementation period Required Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in space planning, facilities management, or IWMS administration Hands‑on experience with at least one IWMS or CAFM platform (Spaceti, Archibus, FM:Systems, IBM TRIRIGA, Planon, or equivalent) Proficiency in floor plan interpretation and space data management Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to translate between facilities operations needs and technical system configuration requirements Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with Spaceti platform implementation Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated facility environments Experience with CAD or BIM data integration into IWMS platforms Familiarity with post-acquisition facility integration projects #J-18808-Ljbffr JobRx, Inc.
