Own the growth, engagement, and commercial performance of PUMA’s Shopping App in Europe. Drive the regional mobile app strategy to support PUMA’s commercial and brand objectives. Stay ahead of customer and market trends, identifying opportunities to elevate brand and commercial performance and drive development roadmap. Bring PUMA’s brand stories to life through innovative app experiences and features, including lookbook, storytelling content, and exclusive activations Develop a strong understanding of the app P&L, balancing growth, profitability, customer value, and investment decisions. Manage daily business operations, track performance against KPIs and translate insights into recommendations and forecasts for management. Drive acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to grow users, DAU, MAU, and app revenue. Coordinate budget planning, monitor business performance, and deliver accurate forecasts. Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis; build business cases for prioritization Position the PUMA Shopping App as a key growth channel within PUMA’s Direct-to-Consumer ecosystem. Align with Marketing, Content, Category Management, and Planning teams on app priorities, campaigns, and commercial initiatives. Partner with Global Engineering teams to define and prioritize the app roadmap for European business needs. Collaborate with Global Product, UX/UI, and Tech teams to continuously improve app functionality and customer experience. Lead cross-functional planning and execution of app campaigns, product launches, promotions, and app-exclusive activations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline; advanced degree is a plus. 3-6 years of relevant working experience in mobile apps, eCommerce, digital product management, growth marketing, CRM, or a related digital business environment Commercially driven with a strong customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer lifecycle management, and performance marketing channels Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools, GA4, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms is highly beneficial Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Strong communication and presentation skills.
