Liberty Resources' Crisis Residence program seeks a Residential Specialist to support adults experiencing acute mental health challenges. You will provide wellness coaching, relapse prevention planning, and family support, coordinating with Health Homes and treatment providers to create an integrated plan of care. Responsibilities include advocacy, counseling, and referral services, plus coverage as needed, including evenings, weekends, and overnights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
