# ParalegalCanton, MA 02021## OverviewSalary Range$65,000.00 - $78,000.00 Salary## DescriptionThe Judge Rotenberg Educational Center Inc (JRC) is a day, and residential school located in Canton, Massachusetts licensed to serve ages five through adult. Since 1971, JRC has provided very effective education and treatment to both emotionally disturbed students and clients with conduct, behavior, emotional, and/or psychiatric problems, as well as those with intellectual disabilities or on the autism spectrum.JRC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to coordinate court related matters, regulatory compliance, and legal research for the student and client population, and support legal counsel. This is a salaried, exempt position reporting directly to In-House Counsel. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00p.m. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401a, 403b retirement plans etc.## QualificationsRequirements:* Paralegal Certificate or equivalent preferred; minimum of an associate’s degree required.* Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize tasks and multiple competing deadlines simultaneously and effectively, and, at times, work under pressure.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
